The Function Room is a venue located upstairs on the Western side of the ground. The venue has a bar and commercial kitchen area, whilst the dining area has the capacity for tables and chairs to comfortably seat 100 guests.

Verandah areas provide views to Mt Warning and overlook the picturesque Showgrounds and cane fields.

An elevator is available for disabled patrons.
